If you would like to make a Will then please complete the Wills Questionnaire and e-mail it to willsbel@thompsons.law.co.uk.
Alternatively you can print off and complete the questionnaire in black and white print or in colour print giving full forenames and full addresses in block capitals of everyone you wish to mention – e.g. Elizabeth Anne Smyth not Betty A Smyth. Your application will be returned if not properly completed. Return the questionnaire to the address given below.
