Occupational Dermatitis Claim

Our clients in this case were a group of employees working for a manufacturing company. The company failed to provide their staff with a safe working environment and several of them developed occupational dermatitis. Rosemary successfully fought their claims for compensation.

Public Liability Claim

In this case, our client was injured when the car they were driving aquaplaned on a build up of water on the road caused by a blocked drain. The car left the road and overturned in a field nearby.
