Family difficulties can be a particularly stressful and sensitive time for people. Whether your query is over your relationship or finances or children or all of these, the need for specialist and dedicated legal support and expertise is paramount. At Thompsons McClure we recognise this. That is why we recently recruited Darren McAuley to our office to provide such a service to the greater Belfast area.
Darren comes to us with the benefit of having a background specialising in family law. Darren's training in London followed by several years practice at a large firm in Manchester has given him a comprehensive knowledge in all main areas of family law, including co-habitation.
Darren has lectured for the Belfast Solicitors Association on recent family law developments and was the only Solicitor from Northern Ireland invited to talk at a recent Four Jurisdictions Conference, comprising of Judges, Barristers and Solicitors from this province, England, Scotland and Ireland. Darren is a co-contributor to the Child and Family Law Update Journal and has also written for the Law Society, Journal "The Writ".
